ESG Strategy and Sustainable Success
The Consolidated Sustainability Report of the Ascopiave Group, included in the Annual Financial Report as of December 31, 2024, serves as the tool through which the Group transparently and measurably communicates the results achieved and future objectives in the environmental, social and economic fields.

In 2024, the Group adopted an integrated approach to sustainability, issuing its first report prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), thereby confirming its commitment to responsible resource management.
Deeply rooted in its territory and aware of its role in the utilities and energy sectors, Ascopiave integrates principles of energy efficiency and sustainability across all its activities. The Group strengthens its strategy by consolidating its leadership in gas distribution and investing in the production of energy from renewable sources, thus contributing to the energy transition. Sustainability governance is overseen by the Board of Directors, the Sustainability Committee, and, within their respective areas of responsibility, the Control and Risks Committee, which supervise the integration of ESG principles into corporate strategies. The Double Materiality analysis conducted by the Group enables the identification of impacts, risks, and opportunities related to sustainability, ensuring a concrete commitment to environmental and social improvement. The Ascopiave Group will continue to monitor and update its objectives, adopting a data-driven and measurable approach to ensure a tangible and accountable contribution for the benefit of its stakeholders. |
