Corporate Governance
The Corporate Governance structure adopted by the Group is inspired by the principles and recommendations of the Code of Corporate Governance of listed companies approved in January 2020 by the Corporate Governance Committee. In this way the Governance system is oriented towards the best interpretation of the impulses coming from an increasingly complex economic and social sector. No less important is the strong link with the reference territory which allows for an open and transparent dialogue with the administrations. Ascopiave adopts a “traditional” Governance system which is characterized by the presence of the following corporate bodies:
– Shareholders’ Meeting;
– Board of Directors;
– Board of Statutory Auditors.
